Happy Monday to you!
A few of you recently asked what I’m using to create my photo collages and text graphics on the SI Blog and social media.
Hands down, my go-to editor is Photoshop. I have Photoshop CS5 and it’s a must in my books for any type of professional looking photo.
But for collages and text graphics, I also like to use free online editors like Pixlr …
and I’m also having fun playing around with Canva.
These free editors are not just for bloggers. You can create invites, letterhead, documents and social media headers etc.
Canva makes design super simple for web or print and it’s free unless you choose elements that have a price clearly attached.
As an update on the Kohler dresser, I’m still working on her. Last week was so busy with appointments and my visit to the hospital.
Here’s a little tid-bit. If you ever get put under with anesthetic and they say you’re “legally-impaired” for 12-24 hours – BELIEVE THEM! The evening of my procedure, I went down to my studio to repair a gap on the corner.
I just added to my repairs! I have NO idea why I thought a big screw was the solution!
Anyway, she’s coming along nicely and I can’t wait to finish her up!
Enjoy your day!
Denise
