A WARM AUTUMN ROUNDUP OF 25 FALL FURNITURE MAKEOVERS THAT ARE SURE TO INSPIRE YOU | YOUTUBE ROUNDUP INCLUDED!
Hello, sweet #sifamily! Is the weather starting to change where you’re at? We are hovering in the low 70s and I already feel the cooler air and less humidity. I guess it’s to be expected because the first day of fall is only four short weeks away. For me, it’s official once Tim Hortons brings out their Pumpkin Spice Latte and donut! 😉 I was looking back on my archives and realized it’s been TWO full years since we’ve had a Fall Furniture Roundup. Today, I’m sharing 25 Fall Painted Furniture Ideas. I hope these gorgeous makeovers inspire you and get you into the Fall Spirit. These are in no particular order but be sure to see MY #1 FAVE FALL MAKEOVER at the end …and then let me know which one is yours! If you’re interested in the step-by-step tutorial, I’ve included the link to each makeover above the image. There’s also a short but sweet Fall Roundup Video as well! 🍁
Along with my makeovers, I’m also featuring some of my furniture painting colleagues and friends. A big thank you to all the creatives and talented artists below. I know they would love for you to drop on by and say hello so I’ve included a direct link above each of their photos.
Let’s kick this off with one of my makeovers from September 2017. This is a curb-shopped table that had a ton of flaws that were all hidden with paint. I’m always amazed at what a little paint can do!
Check out this GORGEOUS Fall Sideboard my artistic friend Roz from New Old Finds created. I’m in awe of these panels!
Here’s a painted and stained waterfall dresser makeover. I transformed this piece last year and it SOLD super fast to a sweet young man. The rich royal blue with the grey tinted stain gives it a warm masculine look.
This amazing Fall setup is designed by Judy of Life Is Better At Home. She staged and styled this three different ways so head on over and see which you like better. Heads up. They are all amazing!
Here’s a super fun Plum Crazy Makeover. If you missed this before and after, this vintage dresser was a little beat up, but nothing a little BONDO couldn’t tackle.
My talented friend Kathy at Petticoat Junktion took these thrifted wood benches and gave them a simple dry brush technique. Check out how amazing this fall display is. What a perfect way to display Fall Mums and pumpkins!
I’m smitten with this next makeover. Kristen at Shackteau Interiors used Shackteau Interiors Milk Paint in Dusty Yellow and sealed it with hemp oil. If you’re looking for new IG accounts to follow, Kristen posts the most beautiful makeovers.
My friend Do at Do Dodson Designs created this Fall stunner. I love this natural wood-paint-combo showcasing the original beauty of this piece.
This autumn table took a little tweaking as I ended up with some paint drips that needed fixing (full how-to in the link below the image) but it’s such a perfect fall color!
Here’s a fun salvaged chair restyle I did a few years back. It sold to a home stager so I hope it’s still being used in her gorgeous home set-ups!
Okay, I can’t help but smile every time I look at this cute piece from my friend Amy of AJ Vintage Designs. I had the HUGE pleasure of meeting Amy last year when we were at the Dixie Belle & Redesign With Prima Workshop in Ontario California. She’s not only talented, but she’s also genuinely sweet, kind, and generous.
Here’s a painted and stained cabinet I did in a collab with The Millionaires Daughter.
Any of you who have been with me for a while know I’m a huge fan of green — and Jenn at Eight Hundred Furniture doesn’t disappoint with this beauty. Simple. Gorgeous.
Here’s an MCM Fall Makeover with one of Suzanne’s Fall Paint colors in Juniper!
Emily from Thirteen 79 Design created this Vintage Hall Tree in a custom mixed color. Absolutely. Gorgeous. And. Elegant.
Loving this deep jewel blue by Janet at Love u More Furniture. You should check out her IG page. She finds the most beautiful vintage pieces to restyle.
And last but not least, my friend Susie from The White Plum created all this gorgeous rusted texture on this once wood stained tabletop. If you love this look as much as I do, be sure to check out the full tutorial in the link below.
Below is one of my all-time Fall favorites! This pumpkin spice mini cabinet makeover. I’m in love with the way the pumpkin spice paint pairs with the rich wood base. I can’t wait to hear what you think!
Here’s a roundup tutorial on Youtube. If you have any problems viewing it below, feel free to watch it on my Youtube Channel HERE. Our #siyoutubefamily is already a community of 40.2K so don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t done so already! So exciting, thank YOU! 🙂
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF THIS ROUNDUP… OR FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. I ALWAYS LOVE HEARING FROM YOU. 💙
